Fitnovax has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@fitnovax.shop.
We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care items
Custom or personalized products
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
